Need Help In Removing Index From Title

Can anyone teach me how to remove the index thingy from my website title. eg:
Example - Index - Internet Explorer. Please reply as soon as possible.

Replace

Koodi [Valitse] Laajenna

$txt[18] = $context['forum_name'];
