Disabling PM to certain usergroups

I know there's a method of disabling PMs entirely for certain users. However, I was wondering if it was possible to disable PMs to certain usergroups. IE allowing a user to PM some groups but not others ... Thanks in advance.

Admin > Permissions > [Membergroup Name] > Personal Messaging
- Read personal messages
- Send personal messages

I thought of that, but wouldn't that mean the group wouldn't be able to read/send PM at all? I'd still want the group to be able to send PMs but not to a certain group [eg being able to send PMs to fellow regular members but not Staff]

There isn't currently a way to do that no.
