Deleting profiles

I run a site that has 4 administrator's and wonder if it is possible to disable profile deleting as 2 of my admin get abit power mad and delete members for petty reasons. i know that i cant do this through permissions but was wondering if there is any changes i could make server side that didn't allow any member to be deleted

Another option (and possibly a simpler one) would be to create a new membergroup with all permissions except the ability to delete members' profiles. Then you could simply remove their admin status and put them in the new membergroup.
