Buddy List Display

Ok, I turned on the Buddy List feature.  How do we make it so the users can view their buddy lists?   I can't find anywhere that a user can view their buddy lists.   What am I missing?

Go to Profile > Modify Profile > Edit Buddies.

when members add other members to their buddy list through the edit buddy list, their buddys when online in the online list will be in bold
