HELP!!! EMERGENCY!!! MEMBERS CAN SEE THE MODERATE PANEL!!!!! AND GLOBAL MODS CAN

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The permissions are all screwed up (I checked them like 5 times and nothing is wrong, so I don't know what to do).

Normal members can see the moderate panel!!! And to make matters worse, Global Moderators can see the Admin Panel!!!!!!!!!!! How do I fix this? Just about every time I upgrade, the permissions mess up. I was usually able to resolve the problem by simply deleting the membergroup where the problem is, and making it again, but this time it made the problem WORSE by giving Global Moderators access to the admin panel!!!

Please help me!!! I don't want my members to screw up the forum!!!!!!!!!!!!

Permissions, Read that?
It seems you've given members permissions to moderate forum members, check that.
For now, I suggest you restore an earlier backup (if you have one) while we try to work these things out
