Which should come first and can it be done?

I have two things which are going to need to be completed in the next couple weeks.

A)  I need to upgrade from B4 to RC1.  As usual, I haven't done this because I have a lot of mods installed and just don't have the time to do the edits in order to add them all back again, but I will in a couple weeks.

B)  My forum is changing its domain name.  We are expanding and I don't want to lose my members and posts and things, so I'm hopeful you can switch domains without having to start all over from a barren forum.


So, my questions are:

1)  Can I keep my forum database and forum files and switch to a different domain name?

2)  If it is possible, which should I do first?  The upgrade to RC1 or the domain switch?

I suggest the upgrade before the server switch, it will work anyways, but I'd upgrade first
...and yes, you can restore your database along will all forum files on the new host.
