Problem uploading image to profile. Using SMF 2.0 B4

I am having a problem getting images to upload to my forum profile. When I upload an image from my hard drive (ie. same profile image I am using here) to my profile and then save; it says "profile updated" but nothing happens? Is this a problem within my server? Using SMF 2.0 B4

Probably some server setting, do you get any errors? Forum / Server log?
Can you provide a test account so we can test this out? If you host the image somewhere and provide a link at the forum profile page, does it work?
