[RC1] Smileys & Message Icons page = blank

I converted my 1.1.6 board to 2.0 beta 4 to 2.0 RC1 recently, which worked well. However, I suddenly noticed that when I try to open the Smileys and Message Icons page, it's blank. Nothing. And no error messages in the log. So I uploaded ManageSmileys.template.php again to the default theme folder, but that did not help. This is the only page that doesn't work, everything else works fine. Can anyone offer some suggestions?

Been doing some testing and I found that setting the language to default English (I'm using Dutch UTF8 as default) makes the Smileys page work again. I guess I'll take a look at my language pack.
