I know I know...a lot of people already ask this question...

I have entered EVERY things in the correct place but they write "Unable to connect to FTP server with this combination of details."

Server: ftp.halflifexpert.com    or     mysqlbox     
Port:21
This should be the server and port for your FTP server.
Username: my username of my ftp server   
The username to login with. This will not be saved anywhere.
Password: my password of my fet server
The password to login with. This will not be saved anywhere.
Install Path: /halflifexpert/bleumonkey/forum/
This is the relative path you use in your FTP server

when I enter (in the install path place) nothing, it works?!

Try localhost.

Exactly which files and folders do you see directly when you log into your FTP with an FTP client?  Do you see "halflifeexpert"?
