Hey,

Is there an easy way to add/remove a certain permission like "report post to mod" in all groups rather than go through each group and add/remove the same option?

Yes.  Admin Control Panel>Membergroup Permissions

Check the box beside each membergroup you want to remove the ability from, then just below that use the scroller to select Clear Permission (it defaults to say add a permission.) In the next box, scroll down to Report Post to Moderator and click Set Permission

i failed to notice the checkbox beside.. however i probably would hvae guess thats what it was there for
