Locked out of forum... anyone help?

ok, so i reinstalled my forum using smf2rc1 

i installed the super admin mod...
and now have a problem.. i changed my username and password..
and now i cant log back in to that account

plus my other admin accounts cant fix it either...

so i created a normal account, and coppied the password salt and password from that account in the database over to my account

and emptied the passwd_flood    

it wont work thought, i still cant login and it wont send me an email to change my password...

any ideas guys? as im locked out now lol

ok i fixed it 

i had t oput my username into the enter username or email addy to change your password box


entering the email addy didnt work... any ideas why?
