Hmm, Giant Error

Just got this warning error??  Any ideas?

Try empting your smf cache.

if you can't get access to it, try emptying the directory manually in ftp (leaving the .htaccess and .index.php behind only)

Did that and I am back in. Is this a glitch in the software??
