Cannot redeclare smf_domain_exists

Just went into the admin side of the forum and went to go into 'Members'. Instead of everything happening as per normal, got this error instead:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare smf_domain_exists() (previously declared in /home/motorcy6/public_html/Sources/Subs-Members.php:1334) in /home/motorcy6/public_html/Sources/Subs-Members.php on line 1371

I've attached the file mentioned in the error report if anyone would like to have a look.
