Removal of duplicate members

Is it posible in the admin of this script to remove members who have registerd more than once on the same emailadress?
Is it possibel that a member who wants to registered more than once on the same emailadress gets a message that he/she already registered with his/her emailadress.

apart from the public memberlist, the one in the admin screen is sortable and searchable on ID, username, displayname, ip address, e-mail, and last-online

if you don't want certain email addresses to register, just ban that email
