packages to all themes?

how do i get the mods/packages i downloaded and installed set to work with all themes? it only installes it for default theme taht came with smf not any of the new ones i installed.

It is not currently possible, it may be possible in future versions.

ok thanks. and for the default theme i dont see teh shoutbox. where would taht be located?
