latest Topicts in News box

Can any one advise me how to show last topic as marquee in news box.

Although I dunno how to pull the topic to the news box. As far as I knew it only took bbcode.

Pulling the latest topic and putting it in the new box would take more than BBcode (Bulletin Board Code) so I dont think it can be done

But to make something move use

Koodi [Valitse] Laajenna

[move]TEXT HERE[/move]

And put that in the news box and it will marquee
