Admin is gone after changing the language

Hello,

My forum is installed in Dutch, but if I change it to English at forum language, all I get is what you see (attachment). I can only get the menu back by putting my language back to Dutch.

I also lose bottons when sending a personal message (2nd attachment Next to preview)

Can someone please help me out?

are all the .english.php files in the language dir for the theme you are using pr the default theme?

Also can you make sure by using a detailed version check that the files are up to date.
