I created new group post based (30 post) ...and then?

I would like that the users with 0-->30 posts cannot enter ( or view) to a section ...it's possibile this?

Yes it is possible.

After you create the group make sure that permissions for post count based groups are enabled:

admincp>Permissions>settings

Check the box to enable the post based group permissions.

Then go to:

admincp>Boards>modify boards>{board to be modified}

Make sure the post based group does not have access to the board.

Also make sure that Regular Members, since every member without other primary group is part of that group, doesn't have access, but all other post based groups do have access.
