If you are trying to install a mod you can parse the package from the mod download page by selecting to see the manual install instructions for the mod. Just be sure to select the correct versions of the mod and SMF.

thas not working for me couse i only need the theme edit instruccion but it tell me to edit some lines i dont have in my theme in other cases in the parse tell me other instruccions

That is because of you are either a) Using a custom theme where the code is not the same as the default core theme or b) you have installed other mods that have already changed the code in those files.

Mods are written to install into the default core theme and the package will be parsed according to those instructions.
