Is there a way to change the font size of usernames in posts? Mine are no showing all the way.

the username font size within a topic is styled on the TD class in the CSS... so you can change the font size there... but that will also affect the font size of the majority of text in tables.

You could also do it, by creating a new class, with a specific smaller font size, and editing the display.template.php
