fresh install 2.0

I decided to start from scratch and removed all files on the server and upload the fresh instral 2.0. All went fine until i tried to load the forum and get the image below with no theme. No new themes are installed - yet.  Want to get all running smoothly with the default first.

Any ideas what has happened anyone? Thanks Phil

it maybe the cache problem, do a hard refresh by Ctrl + R and see if it works out fine. If not then CHmod all the files to 777 or 755 and see if that works..

Well just a question, have you used the database which you used before and had the site installed in another folder or it is a total new install?

Also check the images folder in default theme folder. It maybe that the images didnt get uploaded properly.
