Smily Problem

Ok, before i had all the smilies options, but i make some changes to different options. and now i can't see the options given below .I can only see "smily settings and smily sets" . What is wrong??? HOw to fix it? Plz reply

I had a problem similar to this.
I later found out that I had changed some settings in my style.css and made my links white with class '.catbg' linked to a dodgy url. I t appeared there was nothing there when it really was.
Maybe that helps?

ok now i can see edit smily etc but enable customzied smily give error. i am not able to see the message posting area if that option is enabled. ?

What is the error?  Are you sure all your files are up to do and the newest versions?  Are you using a custom theme?
