Embedding the latests posts into a web page

Hey,

I would like to know how I can embed the latests posts of the forum into a web page ...

I would like to show the 10 latest posts like this: MEMBER - Topic Name and then make it clickable to go directly to that post or reply

There's probably an easy way to do this so I hope someone can help me with this
