Show only the contents of the post

I would like to include only the contents of a specific post on a fixed web page. Is there a specific way to call only the post's contents?

ideally something like (php):

include ("forum/index.php?content=209.msg730#msg730");

it would be awesome to have it in a url

Maybe http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=357 or http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=751 will do it for you
