i can't admin theme settings

In administration
when I try to access at the theme settings (example: "current theme")
I receive this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '%' in /var/home/occhidellasperanza_it/httpdocs/odsforum/Sources/Themes.php on line 2279

If you have no mods installed then overwrite that file with a fresh copy. There are more than one instance of that in the file.

There is a fresh copy of the 2.0RC1 Themes.php. attached to this post.

I don't undertand which is the problem.
my previous Themes.php was the original....I did not make any changes...(pheraps Adobe Golive?)
