banned by fellow admin..

As the topic says im banned by a co-admin, which even aint in the primary admin group, and im also running super admin to avoid this..
Well How do i delete this ban via phpmyadmin? i cleared everything in the two ban tables.. still can't access the site.

EDIT: solution was to clear cookies/cache aswell.
