full forum not displayed

In the layout options, I changed "disable news" and saved the settings. After that I got a corrupted page. I would like to mention that I was running 1.1 version. I thought the problem could be rectified by upgrading to the new BETA version, but the problem has not been solved.

How do I rectify this problem?
