install mod

how do we install mods? where should i upload my directory or files so i can do automatic installation through admin panel?

Admin -> Package Manager -> Download New Packages
Either upload it through there (the entire tar.gz file) or click "Browse" next to "Simple Machines Mod Site" and click "Download" when you find a mod you want to install.

After that, follow the prompts to install the mod.

ok, i got it but when i do apply mod this what i got
