I updated from beta4 to rc1 trying to fix a problem with a theme display and now I am having a problem with the WYSIWYG editor. When its on there is no scroll down bar in  the start new topic, reply or pm. This is causing problems when people post by not starting a new line in the forms so the it keeps running to the right on and on.
