Problem to login after conversion

I've got problems with logging lately after making conversion from phpbb to smf.I've attatched a mode login_fix and I'm not having any problems with logging but the most of the board users have such problems. What's the problem and how can i fix it.

In AP on raport I have also this errors

Cannot load language file 'ThemeStrings.polish-utf8'.  (I don't understand because Polish language is visible)

Any Mods installed after the conversion? this error is not related to the conversion, so you'll get faster answers in our support boards.
