Is it possible seperate member and guest message? And timer? For example I can give a message to members for 3 hours or to 15:00 o'clock.

Seems I have the same problem, as I put a slogan and activatet it (and deactivatet it and reactivatet ...) but no slogan anywhere.

the mod only installs on the core theme in rc2 as a slogan mod is included in curve by default
