Shout box help

Dear friends,

i am new to SMF and i was tried many times to install neonshout box (http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=585) i uploaded the package it's installed succesfull and showing nothing in my home page
can some body help me about this plsss it's very important to my forum . i saw that need to edit some files but i am very poor at this things so thats why i am looking for help .
