[Help] Cannot connect to database

Just install in freehost10.com, help how to fix this critical error says :

Cannot connect to the database server with the supplied data.

If you are not sure about what to type in, please contact your host.
Access denied for user 'myname'@'74.63.216.131' (using password: YES)

is this a password issue?

You are either using the wrong username/password combination, or a wrong address for the database. Most likely the first, since your error actually implies that you reached the database server, but was not allowed in.

All that info can be found in the Cpanel for your hosting. Usually under Databases or resources.
PM at your own risk, some I answer, if they are interesting, some I ignore.
