[SMF 2.0 RC1] Slow posts & previews

We are having problems from the beginning of smf2 rc1 install with the time to preview & post messages (really slow). Other things like read topics are ok.

Maybe smf related? or it's php.ini/apache2.ini related?

Are you including pictures? AND
Are you setting max width/height of images.  If so, smf has to be download the images to find out the sizes.  This is why it is slow.

Admin > Features & Options
> Max width of posted images
> Max height of posted images

set both to 0. And that should speed up preview/posting,
