Flash chat admin panel in the admin panel forums?

That somehow you can add flash chat panel in the admin panel forums ...  that may give the status of the forum panel ... because when it is integrated to automatically for example, I am admin and the super moderator when you enter ... I like that I can add a special mode for a chat ... if this is somehow feasible ... can i code to manually insert...
