"Modification Parse Error" when installing modI

[darkNiGHTS]

Whenever I try installing the latest PrettyURLs mod, I get this error:

I heard something about extracting it into a temp folder, but I don't understand what that would actually do.  I have the temp folder, and I use it to install mods.

If anyone could help me get this installed, I'd be very grateful.
