Uploading old saved board to New board??

I've just made a new board and want to upload the information from a saved old board to my new board can this be done??
If it can how???

Yes. Upload the old sql file through phpMyAdmin. You can use repair_settings.php to fix any settings (What is repair_settings.php?) and upgrade.php (from the "smf_1-0-2_upgrade" package on the download page) to make sure your database is up to date.
