Become a charter member or wait til the public beta release and dont ask when that is because the developers dont know.

I'd suggest charter membership. it will give you a great headstart.

I'm running the beta live now and several of the charter members here are too.

Please remember that, however, running this beta or even the public beta in a production environment (ie. live) is not rally recommended because there are still a lot of bugs.
