joomla 1.0.15 and smf 1.1.8 bridge

finally i got a place to talk about my problem. i did not knew before about this bridge and its functionality, i had installed smf 1.1.8 forum and then i made  a site with joomla. and while i was searrching i found this bridge. and i can see its not supported any more, that's bad. i wanted to know only if is there any possibility to edit the joomla theme and put my smf global header and footer into it. where are the codes.. i just need code for global header and footer to put on the index page  of joomla.. i tested to put some other codes and it was working great. please i just need the codes to put on that index page to display header and footer of smf theme. any help please
