database upgrade???

recently I've been getting this message when trying to post/reply on my forum

Duplicate entry '33306' for key 1

how do I go about upgrading the database? I checked in the package manager and didn't see anything. Everything seems to be up to date

Try do what is says. Run upgrade.php again (with latest version)

Do you have any mods installed?  That error really shouldn't be happening.

yea I got a chat mod and a download mod installed..

Can you post four lines above and below line 1297 in Post.php?  How do I modify files?
