SMF down due to smileys?

Hey all,

My Forum has gone down unexpectedly (it only just went up!), I have a 500 Internal Server error.

Now the only thing that changed prior to it going down was the uploading of a new set of Smileys that was downloaded from this website.
It may be completely unrelated, but could it be due to this? Its the only thing thats changed.

It is possible that some strange issue relating to this could trigger a 500 error. If you go into your web hosting control panel, there should be an error log you can view which will often provide more information than just the error code
