Keeping host/nameserver, transferring to new URL

Hello,

I am very new to Simple Machines, got everything installed and upgraded to 1.0.2 all fine   However, I just recently purchased a new domain that I want these forums to fall under.  Currently they are under mattscheen.com, but I need to switch them to empireguild.net.  They are under the same host (when I log into my FTP, mattscheen.com and empireguild.net are just different folders).  I manage both of these URLs from DirectAdmin control panel.

I backed up the table structure and all data to the .sql file.  How do I go about moving this forum to the new URL?  Thanks for any help, and I can clarify more if you have any questions.
