How to move Board?

I have some Boards set up on TVWorlds for News which can be seen here
http://tvworlds.com/index.php/board,8.0.html
Now you will see 2 child boards of the Main News board and then a whole heap of Subjects
Like UK News US News etc

How do I make these the child boards of the main news forum?

I have noticed that News gets good search results so plan moving "News" up the main board.

I don't see a main news forum. What do you mean? You can't make topics to boards. Please explain more details.

Oh OK I think that is what I wanted to do

turn the topics into child boards that is!

I guess I got some typing and copy paste and deleting to do then
