Why do some of my members see red X's on the site

Some of my members complain of seeing rex x's everywhere, can anybody think why.

Are you using FireFox?  If you are, then they are probably using IE or something.  In FireFox, it shows fine, but in IE there's a HUGE missing picture in the top-right corner.  Its properties say it's smflogo.gif.  You're gonna have to remove that from your index.template.php file or re-upload smflogo.gif.
