Need Help w/ wc3 Replay Parser Script

Hey so my goal is to add a replay section to my forum where players can just upload replays and it automatically makes a new thread.  I was told I need a replay script so I went about and downloaded one from the above link.  I have no idea what to do to incorporate it into my forum/website.
