Adsense ads in RC1 without using modifications

Im having trouble adding my adsense ads to my forum. before you say stop making new topics about the same thing, ive seen them all not one of them has an answer, one is locked and the other one just links to ad management mod which is not for RC1.

Does anybody know how I would go by adding an ad on the main index page or maybe at the top of every page
