Help! I keep getting this same error messege on every post!

what does that mean??? I get that same error messege on every post that anyone posts i started seeing after i installed a new theme!

  ;)thank u! I upgraded  but now everytime i go to the smilies page in the admin section i get this messege Unable to load the 'settings' template.  what do i do?

Upload all your template files again, make sure the whole file gets uploaded.

were do i find the template files? I checked everywere and couldnt find any settings.templete file

No, you want all of the files from Themes/default.
