Things don't look right...

I have done a fresh install and I'm not sure if this is an install, theme, or image problem...

The site is at http://www.webcentreworld.com.  On one of my boxes it looks fine, regardless of the browser I use.  On another box, the graphics are missing completely leaving only text, regardless of the browser.

I don't want to mess with file/directory locations as it works from at least one pc.

First, how does it look from outside and, second what could be causing the graphics to be missing?

Sorry.  I spent what littler gray matter I have setting this up today...

All of your image URL's look like this:

http://127.0.0.1/wcforum/smf/Themes/default/images/smflogo.gif

127.0.0.1 <= Problem

That Ip is loopback for your computer... in other words your site is telling the computer to look for all of the files on it's own drive. Change that to your URL and it should resolve things.

Hadn't seen anything about the repair_settings file.  I don't see where it made any changes in any of the files.
