Wht is Karma all about ??/

I hav enabled it but i am not findin a place to use it ??/

Karma is a rating system.  Members can vote positive or negative for other members.  It should display under the member name in each post.  Assuming you have enabled it and given permissions to the member groups, they will be able to click the applaud or spite word under other member's names and increase or decrease the Karma.
