Problem. Help Needed

Right not sure whats causing this. But for some reason in the who's online list i am unable to tell who is online. I have logged in as another user on another browser and cannot see either of them.

What may be causing this issue?

Did you enable the "Show users online" option in the admin part ?

sorry I forgot to mention it is enabled and it shows me as the only one logged in even though there are users online.

Every user can hide his online status via an option in his profile.
If all users are hidden by default you'll have to do something to change it

Surely as Admin i should see them all the time even if they are hidden. I disabled the feature for non admins to hide there status any way so that its not a problem.

I don't think he would make a test account with administrator rights public

And it's just as an admin the problems are there

I didn't say it as well,that he should give the test account information in public

Its a problem with all users not just me. I logged in as another test user and they couldnt see the admin logged in.

Are you giving permission to your member for this permission "View Who's Online" ?

Check it on General Permissions

I hope,you're not logging out,when you want to log in on another pc

and did you also refresh the page on the computer you didn't log in as test to be able to see new logged people ?

I logged in on my laptop as Admin 'Matt'. I then went to the missus laptop and logged in as 'Test'.

Neither could see each other. They both are allowed to view the 'who's online' list.

Please someone log in as test and tell me if they can see me as admin?? I am currently logged on and will stay logged on throughout most of the day.
